haha “orange G” I love this song but don’t think I’ve seen the video.
I blasted this song while driving down the coast leaving Mike’s aunts house for easter dinner. It was a really nice and eventful weekend thats starting to feel like summertime. I stuffed my face w/ ham, turkey, lamb, artichokes, and desserts. Holy shit what a spread. I brought along a fruit tart which I’ll post a recipe to later. But the lemon bars, apple pie, chocolate oranges, and this caramel chocolate wafer killed my diet for 6-pack summer 2009. But man was it worth it.
We also went out to Mesa in Costa mesa thursday to meet up w/ some of his friends from out of town. His roommate was DJing so everything was comped which made the experience much more enjoyable. The restaurant/lounge is probably the nicest spot in Orange County that I’ve been to. The architecture and layout is beautiful. Fireplaces inside, the side of a wall is covered in plants, and the roof retracts at 11pm for smokers on one side of the building. I didn’t take any pictures and can’t find any online but I would highly recommend this place for a good date night or to take out of towners.
Today we hit up a BBQ at my girlfriends house that she just purchased a month ago. We came right as the food was done and everyone was about to help the sister move in so we got suckered into unloading a Uhaul. Oh well guess that makes up for skipping the gym today.
